Creating Your Newsletter Group

  1. Navigate to the Groups tab

  2. Hit the Create Group button

  3. Name your group

  4. Add contacts to your group

  5. Customize your group table with relevant tabs, sections, and columns

Sending Your Newsletter

  1. Navigate to the campaigns tab

  2. Start creating a new campaign or loading a template

  3. Add recipients

  4. Send or schedule your newsletter

Allow Guests to Subscribe to Newsletters

Often times you want recipients to be able to opt in to receive newsletters. The easiest way to do this is through Gatsby’s survey functionality.

  1. Navigate to the RSVP page for any event you are planning
  2. Navigate to where you add survey questions
    1. For basic RSVP cards this will be at the bottom of the RSVP card
    2. For the premium RSVP page you will see a Surveys option on the left side column
  3. Select + Add Survey Question
  4. Go to the New Tab
  5. Select Group Subscription
