<aside> đź’ˇ Surveys are a great way to collect information directly from your guests. You can use the survey functionality on registration pages to collect guest preferences, contact info, session interests, and more. Additionally, use surveys to collect feedback on your event by setting up a post-event survey.

Registration Page Questions

  1. Navigate to the RSVP Page within the event
    1. For the basic RSVP you can find, and add, new survey questions by scrolling to the bottom, of the RSVP card
    2. For the premium RSVP, you will find the Survey section on the left side of the RSVP page
  2. You will be able to add questions for both those who will attend and those who will not. Select which option you would like to add questions for by clicking either option at the top of the page
  3. Click “+ Add Question”. There are two types of questions:
    1. Predefined: these are commonly asked questions and are automatically linked to the contact profile and responses will automatically be saved.
    2. New: this allows you to customize the questions you ask and select how you collect responses (text, multi-select, file upload, group subscription, etc)
      1. You can choose to save these questions back to the contact profile by clicking the three dots to the right of the question and selecting Save Responses to Contact Book

Setting up Survey Logic

  1. Navigate to your survey questions
  2. Under any question that qualifies you will see “Only as Question If…”. Click “+ Add Condition”
  3. Two blank boxes will appear
    1. In the first select the question you will base the logic off of
    2. In the second, will be the response to that question that you want the logic based off of
  4. Once that is setup, the question will only appear if the requirements you set up have been met.

Setting Up & Sending Out Post Event Surveys

  1. Duplicate your event
  2. Go to to the RSVP
  3. Hover over the date & time, click the eye to hide the information
  4. Make your desired edits to the event image and details
  5. Delete prior event questions
  6. Add new questions
    1. Click the three dots next to the question and select "save responses to contact book" if you would like to save responses back to the contact profile
