<aside> đź’ˇ Gatsby want to make collaboration easy and simple. We offer two types of users, internal and external collaborators. Internal collaborators will have full access to Gatsby while external collaborators are limited to the events they are a part of.

Add Team Members & Collaborators

  1. Navigate to the team members page
  2. Select Add Member
  3. Fill in the form
  4. Designate their permissions
    1. Team Members (aka internal collaborators) will have full access to Gatsby
    2. External Collaborators will only have access to events they are added to. This means they cannot access your contact book, create new events, or manage groups.

Adding Collaborators to Events

  1. Select Add Collaborators
    1. Either from the three dots on the main event page or within the event by selecting the + in the top left corner
  2. Type in their email address and press invite.
