Zoom Integration Setup

Note: You must be the Zoom account admin to link your Zoom account to a Gatsby Org. We recommend logging into your zoom account in your browser first, then in Gatsby:

  1. Navigate to the “Team Settings” page
  2. Click on the “Linked Services” tab at the top
  3. Navigate to the Zoom tab on the left side
  4. Click the “Add Account” button
  5. You will be redirected to a Zoom OAuth page
  6. Click the “Allow” button
  7. You should be navigated back to Gatsby. If you do not see your account information immediately, refresh the page

Creating a Zoom Virtual Location from Gatsby

  1. After installing, you can create a Zoom meeting or webinar from an event page
  2. Note: Users must have a webinar license in order to create a webinar from Gatsby.
  3. On the home page for the event, click “Edit Details”
  4. Under Location, click “+ Add virtual location”
  5. Add a meeting or webinar by either:
    1. Linking an existing meeting by:
      1. Click the dropdown next to “+ Add meeting” and select “link existing meeting” and choose from your account’s meetings, OR
      2. Copy and paste the details of the zoom meeting
    2. Or create a new meeting by:
      1. Click “+ Add Meeting” and a Zoom meeting will automatically be created with the name, date and time you specified in Gatsby
  6. Click “Save Changes”
  7. The URL and Zoom ID will be auto-populated in the virtual conference fields
