🔔 Please ensure you have the Zapier Pro enabled, which is a Zapier Pro feature.
Gatsby offers three Webhooks, which can connect to Zaps in Zapier
Event created or deleted
Triggers when an event is created or cancelled in Gatsby
Guest created or edited
Triggers when a guest is created or their RSVP / attendance status changes
Sync Entire Guest List
Triggers manually from a button on the Gatsby side by a team member when you want to sync all of the guests at once
You can skip the Configure step and in the Test, please copy the webhook URL and paste it into the relevant Gatsby webhook, in most cases this will be “Guest Updated Webhook URL” as shown below.
Then, in Gatsby, make sure to Click Save and then Test.
If it works, then you will see this “Webhook reachable” in Gatsby and then in Zapier, you will Click Find Records or Refresh Records at the bottom of the Test page.
You will see like below with an empty Record from our test just before.
