You can use the survey functionality on registration pages to collect guest preferences, contact info, session interests, and more. Additionally, use surveys to collect feedback on your event by setting up a post-event survey.

RSVP Status
After sending your invite your RSVP status column will begin to populate with a number of status’s
- Invited: a campaign has been sent that included their personalized RSVP link
- Clicked: the RSVP link was clicked, but they did not RSVP
- Declined: guest opened the link and declined to attend the event
- Canceled: guest changed their RSVP from acceptance to declined
- Acceptance: guest opened the link and accepted the event
- Waitlist: guest registered for the waitlist
- Maybe: guest presses I Will Confirm Later option on RSVP page
- Bounced: email bounced
- Failed: email failed
Attendance Status
As you check in guests, the attendance column will populate with
- Attended: attended the event
- No Show: did not show up
- Blank: neither check in option was selected for this guest
