Link Affinity List to Gatsby Event
In an effort to support a variety of different Affinity workflows, we have built out a 2 way sync between Affinity People Lists ↔ Gatsby Events!

1. Once the List Linking feature has been enabled, navigate to your Team Settings page do the following:
Select “Enable Affinity Webhooks” - Allows additions and deletions of people from linked Affinity Lists to propagate into Gatsby

When you go to create or edit an existing event, you will now see an option to link an existing Affinity List or create a new Affinity List

3. You should now see the following things stay in sync between the Gatsby Event and the linked Affinity List
- List of People / Guests - As you add or remove people to the List or Event in Gatsby, they will also be added or removed from the corresponding counterpart
- RSVP Status and Attendance Fields - When you link your list to Affinity, we will create two fields on this list: RSVP Status and Attendance. As these fields change in Gatsby, their values will be pushed into Affinity. Gatsby will always be the source of truth for these fields. No changes to these fields in Affinity will propagate to Gatsby
