FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

So, you have created an event in Gatsby and now you want to send a ‘public registration’ that links back to where the referral came from. Let’s show you how.

Step One

While in your event, click on public link at the top of the page (as shown in grey below).

This will open the Change Event Privacy window as shown.

Step Two

Click on Public Link to open the window further.

Step Three

Scroll to the bottom where you will see Referral Links. The first column is the Name of the Link, and the second is the amount of Registrations under that link. Beside each Link, you will see the unique URL and a copy button. The three dots represent functions such as rename, deactivate and delete.

You will see in the screenshot below, that “Carrie” has 0 registrations and both “Scott” and “Business Dev” have 1 registration. This number represents the amount of registrants under that referral name.

Step Four

To create a new link, click on the **+ Create Link.**
