Enabling Tracking Pixel
- Go to Team Settings
- Toggle the Know when users open your invites (insert tracking pixel) to on
Status
You are able to see the status of any campaign send on the campaigns page. You can also click into the campaign to view each individuals status
- Sent: Email was sent out
- Bounced: Email was blocked
- Opened: Email was opened
- Please note that this isn’t always 100% accurate due to spam filters occasionally registering as an open
- Not Sent To: number of guest not included in the send
- Unsubscribed: recipient chose to opt out of emails
