Check In via Web

  1. Navigate to events dashboard
  2. The day of your event you will see a green "check in" button. Click it
    1. If you want to begin check in early go to the three dots in the top right corner of the event tile and in the drop down menu you will see an option to check in guests
  3. As guest arrive simply click the check mark to note that they have arrived
  4. If you would like to set up arrival notifications, click the individuals name and hit the bell in the top right corner and select the collaborators you would like to notify
  5. If you would like to add a +1, click the individuals name in in the bottom right you will see an "Add +1" button
    1. As you type in their information Gatsby will search your contact directory for an existing contact for you to select or you may create a new one
  6. If you have a walk in guest you can click the "create" button at the top of the screen
    1. To save time you may also print out the events specialized QR code and have guest register for themselves

Check In via App

  1. Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google App Store
  2. Login via Gmail or using your username and password
  3. Hit Check In
  4. You will be taken to the guest list where you can
    1. Search contacts to check in
    2. Scroll guest list to find contact to check in
  5. You may also leverage the QR Code functionality to check in a guest or register them
  6. You can add new guests by selecting the Person icon in the top right corner
  7. Click over to the arrivals tab to see who has already been checked in
